    This has to be hands-down, our favorite restaurant. Not only is the food absolutely amazing. The chef takes his time with preparing the food and it shows .The service is absolutely stellar. Our server Sepayan is the BEST ! He's very knowledgeable about all food items on the menu and he makes great recommendations. One of the recommendations that he made for us. Today was the beef chow ..... it was sooooooo delicious I will be ordering that each time we come. I must say that Sepayan is the best waiter that we've met in the state of California. His attention to detail is unmatched.

    I'm a fan of this place. My recent visit, service and food has improved. The price is not too bad and they added more optionHong Bao at Yaamava' Resort & Casino offers a variety of seafood dishes inspired by Cantonese cuisine. Their menu features classic dim sum options, as well as larger seafood dishes. Some of the highlights include: - **Steamed Fish**: Often served whole, steamed with soy sauce, ginger, and scallions for a delicate and aromatic dish. - **Dim Sum**: Various seafood dim sum items such as shrimp dumplings (har gow), scallop dumplings, and crab meat dishes, often served in bamboo steamers. Steamed sea bass with soy sauce, ginger, and scallions. Other items include: Soft shell crab tempura Shrimp tempura Sweet and sour pork Caramelized pork belly And many more The seafood at Hong Bao is known for its freshness, and the preparation methods emphasize traditional Cantonese flavors and techniques. Service was pretty good this time around. They also have very clean onsite bathroom so you don't need to go back out to casino floor.

    Hong Bau has been a go to for us for great choices and taste, the High limit Dining is another awesome Hong Bau choice for dinner when comp is available, either place has the best staff "team" around and work so well together, big shout out to Annie and Jeff
